Ed Sheeran e BTS foram os grandes nomes da noite. Manu Gavassi faturou o prêmio de Melhor Artista Brasileira
O Europe Music Awards (EMA) roubou os holofotes do cenário musical nesta semana. O evento organizado pela MTV tem o intuito de prestigiar os hits, álbuns e artistas que tiveram a maior repercussão e popularidade durante o último ano. As figurinhas carimbadas da noite foram Ed Sheeran, vencedor das principais categorias da cerimônia, e o grupo BTS, o qual levou três troféus das principais categorias.
O MTV EMA 2021 possui uma categoria que prestigia o cenário pop brasileiro: “Melhor Artista Brasileira”. A grande vencedora foi Manu Gavassi, que disputou a premiação com outras artistas do mainstream do país, como Anitta, Ludmilla, Pabllo Vittar e Luisa Sonza.
Justin Bieber era tido como o grande favorito para esta edição do EMA. Afinal, ele foi o astro da música mais indicado (8). Abaixo dele estavam Doja Cat e Lil Nas X, ambos com 6 indicações, e Ed Sheeran, Olivia Rodrigo e The Kid LAROI com 5 indicações cada.
